District Librarian: Megan Blue
Passionate about learning, inspiring curiosity, and reminding every student: You matter.
Bio:
My name is Megan Blue
and I have been employed with RJUHSD since August of 1999. I am a Social Science teacher and worked in the classroom until 2004. At that time, I became a Credentialed Teacher Librarian and was able to pursue my love for books and research. I became a District Librarian in the Fall of 2020. Currently, I partner with Zenia Treto, to provide library services and support for all schools. With over 34 years in education as a teacher, coach, and now District Librarian, I find the greatest reward in helping students discover books they love.
My hobbies include playing softball, hanging out with my grandkids, and listening to audiobooks while working out. My best contact method is email.

Library Media Technician: Rhonda Cobian
Passionate about inspiring students to explore books and develop a love for reading.
Bio
I’m Rhonda Cobian, and I’ve worked in education since 2000, holding various roles including Teacher’s Aide, Campus Monitor, Cafeteria Worker, and Curriculum Resource Specialist. My passion for libraries grew during my time as a Curriculum Resource Specialist, leading me to my current role as a Library Media Technician.
Before transitioning to education, I spent 10 years at Verizon Wireless, where I gained valuable customer service experience and training skills. These experiences have helped me create a welcoming environment for students and staff in the library.
