These are only a sample of available scholarships. Be sure to visit one of the many scholarship websites listed below and be sure to check out the scholarship opportunities available at the college you will be attending. For assistance or applications, please contact Teri Keeney.
1. Click on the Regional Scholarship Link below. Then click on the blue "make a copy" button to gain access to your own temporary copy and to have the functionality of the filters. Filter your selections by clicking on the lined upside down triangle in the heading row.

2. Filter by grade, deadline, type, or any heading you choose. Then click on the "Scholarship Name" for access to the web link or application.
- It's recommended to filter by "Local" first and complete those scholarships that apply to you. You have a higher probability of winning a "Local" scholarship than a "National" one.
- These regional scholarships are not affiliated with your school or district. It is your responsibility to submit your applications and documents based on the instructions provided.
**IMPORTANT!!- Don't forget to come back to the Regional Scholarship Link and make a new copy to receive updated information. The copy you make is not automatically updated.

Sierra College offers a large number of scholarships and awards for students from all walks of life and circumstances. Additionally, you can search for scholarships from outside institutions.

CSU Scholarships
If you are accepted and going to be attending a CSU, you will want to contact the financial aid office at your college to inquire about specific scholarships. You can go to the CSU Scholarship page HERE for a list of the CSU scholarships.
SENIORS: Check the Financial Aid, Scholarship webpage(s) and department page (the department for the major which you are entering) of the college you are attending for special scholarships you can apply for
These can include:
- Educational and career objectives
- Scholastic achievements
- Financial need
- Involvement in school or community service
- Active affiliation with clubs and organizations
- Special qualifications (talent, obstacles overcome, relationships)
College Board Opportunity Scholarships
Juniors and Seniors who sign up at Opportunity.collegeboard.org and complete one or more steps can qualify for #OpportunityScholarships this month!
