Please complete the form below to request a withdrawal for your student.  Please note we may need to confirm enrollment with the new school before we can disenroll a student. Please make sure to return your chromebook and any materials to our library. All textbooks should be returned to each teacher on the last day of attendance. If any fines our due, please pay them at Student Services, as official transcripts will not released if there are any outstanding fines.
