- explore the nature of knowledge through the program’s unique theory of knowledge course.
IB Recognition
Find countries/territories and universities that recognize IB programmes
The IB Recognition Statements Database has a new feature designed to further empower students as they navigate their academic futures: the Credit/Advanced Standing feature. In addition to searching for how universities recognize IB programmes, students now can explore how universities grant credit for specific IB course scores. Credit policies from more than 300 universities in the USA already are available and more policies consistently are being added.
